摘要
介绍了微晶玻璃/金属复合材料的基础玻璃配方设计原则及制备这种材料的基本工艺。通过对基本玻璃热膨胀系数随时间变化、差热分析、X射线测试、流散性的测定等试验分析确定了基本玻璃的转化点、软化点、核化温度、晶化温度和主晶相,从而确定了微晶玻璃和金属复合的温度、时间,为这种材料的生产提供一定的参考价值。
The designing principle of basic glass chemical composing and Glass-ceramic/metal compound material producing techniques are introduced in the article. By testing and analyzing glass expansion coefficient、 DTA、 XRD、 Fluid quality , the Tg、 Tf、 nucleus and crystal temperature, main crystal are confirmed. Finally the optimal composite temprature and time of glass-ceramic/metal prepared are concluded, which will provide reference for the material manufacture.
