Sensibility study on reheat cracking of SPV490Q steel with implant testing

摘要 采用插销试验法对日产SPV490Q钢的再热裂纹敏感性进行研究,测定了其“C”形特征曲线,并根据“开裂准则”研究了SR温度。通过断口扫描(SEM)试验对试验结果进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明:SPV490Q钢具有较好的抗再热裂纹能力,其“C”曲线的“鼻尖”温度为640℃;推荐的SR温度为580℃;断口显微特征由具有韧窝和沿晶组成,其沿晶断口在45°界面上有明显的塑性变形痕迹。 The implant test for welding cracking is adopted in this paper to study the sensibility of welding reheat cracking of steel SPV490Q made in Japan.The C-curve was determined to express the sensibility of welding reheat cracking.The stress relief temperature is recommended according to cracking criteria.The testing results are discussed combining with the SEM of the fracture surface.The results show that the SPV490Q steel has good capability of resisting reheat cracking,the sensitive temperature is 640 ℃, that the stress relief temperature is 580 ℃,and the fracture surface of reheat cracking is composed of dimple and intergranular,and that the ductile deformation can be noticed clearly in the interface of 45 degree.
