摘要
介绍了低频旋转电弧传感器焊缝跟踪技术。该技术通过对旋转半径的调整及对电弧传感器偏心机构修改;对调节判断周期、采样位置及采样点数进行调整;运用最小值滤波对采样电流信号进行处理以保证在低频下实现焊缝跟踪。试验证明:该技术控制可靠,焊缝跟踪效果好。
This paper introduces a seam tracking technology based on a low-frequency rotatable arc sensor by means of adjusting the rotating radius of the arc sensor and modifying the eccentricity outfit,then adjusting the judge period and the sampling position and the number of the sampling,as well as dealing with the sampling current signal by minimum filtering value.The experiment proves that it has the advantage of reliable control and good seam tracking.
