摘要
由于弧焊机器人自动化程度高,焊接质量稳定、焊接效率高,因此被许多企业推广使用。但同时也对操作者和程序员的素质要求较高,稍有不慎就有可能造成机器人故障,给生产带来很多麻烦。在此主要介绍了弧焊机器人在发生撞枪后的一些重新调整示教经验。
Due to high-level automation,stable welding quality and high efficiency,arc welding robots are popularized to use by many enterprises,but it requirs operators and programmers of arc welding robot to have great capability,otherwise,it will bring a lot of trouble due to any slightly careless.This article chiefly introduces the adjustment of demonstration program of arc welding robot after occurring collision.
