纱布固定丛粒藻细胞产烃的研究 被引量:3

STUDIES ON THE HYDROCARBON PRODUCTION BY BOTRYOCOCCUS BRAUNII CELLS IMMOBILIZED ON COTTON GAUZE

摘要 用纱布作固相载体,研究了富含烃的群生绿藻——丛粒藻(Botryococcus braunii Kütz.)细胞的直接吸附。结果表明,纱布是固定化这类细胞维持生长(生物量)和光合活性(释放O_2)的良好的新载体。固定在纱布上的B.braunii细胞产烃速度比得上游离细胞。它们产生相同的烃类,主要是C_(25)—C_(31)的奇碳数的二烯同系物。在气升式培养条件下,主要胞外烃的分布不受固定化的影响。在光照摇床上培养14天,固定在纱布上的B.braunii的O_2释放量、生物量和产烃量分别为1.84μmol/min/L、1.44g/L和0.82g/L,与游离细胞的相似。扫描电镜的观察指出,固定化的丛粒藻细胞附着在纱布的表面;在观察期间,其形态与游离细胞的相似。 Direct adsorption of the hydrocarbon rich green colonial alga Botryococcus braunii Kützig cells was examined by using the cotton gauze as solid support. The results indicated that the cotton gauze was a novel good material for immobilization of this type of cells to support both growth (biomass) and photosynthetic activity (O_2 evolution). B. braunii cells immobilized on the cotton gauze produced hydrocarbon at a rate comparable to that of free cells. They produced the same hydrocarbons, chiefly a series of homologous dienic unbranched compounds with odd carbon number from C_(25) to C_(31) and distribution of the major external hydrocarbons were not affected by immobilization. under air-lift culture conditions. During 14 days on a shaker culture in light, the biomass, O_2 evolution and hydrocarbon production of the B. braunii cells immobilized on cotton gauze were 1.44g/L, 1.84μmol/min/L and 0.82g/L, respectivily. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the immobilized B. braunii cells were adhering to the surface of cotton gauze with the same morphological structure as that of its free cells at the stage observed.
