r-sk与UK在治疗高血压脑出血术后局部应用的疗效评价

Comparative Study of Recombinant Streptokinase and Urokinase to Treat Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

【目的】比较重组链激酶(r- sk)、尿激酶(UK)在治疗高血压脑出血术后的疗效。【方法】通过随机分组前瞻性研究比较两者的近期、远期的疗效。【结果】r- sk组与UK组相比两者术后疗效有明显差别。同时在术后神经功能恢复方面也有明显差别。【结论】r -sk能更好地溶解、引流脑内血肿,提高疗效,改善预后。

To compare the effect of recombinant streptokinase and urokinase in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.A prospective comparative study was made between two groups about their short and long-term effect.There was significant difference between two groups in postoperative curative effect and the recovery of nerve function.[Conclusion]The recombinant streptokinase can better dissolve intracerebral hematoma,improve the curative effect and meliorate prognosis.
