摘要
介绍了一种由7 5kW商用空调压缩机改进而来的氦气压缩机。由于采用了独特的喷油内冷却方式,使得最终的氦气排气温度在压缩机吸气压力为5bar,排气压力为22bar的情况下,降至低于110℃,从而使压缩机在更换工质后的正常运行成为可能。我们同时设计了一套高效的除油净化系统,以保证排气的含油量满足制冷机的长期工作要求。经过近1000h试验运行,证明了这种改进方法是完全可行的。
This paper introduces a kind of helium compressor which is modified from 7.5 kW air conditioning compressor.Due to the special oil injected inner cooling,the last discharge temperature of helium gas gets to below 110℃ in the working condition of the suction pressure is at 5 bar,the discharge pressure is at 22 bar,therefore the compressor can operate normally.In order to the oil content of gas discharge meet long term working,a set of high efficient oil purifying system is developed.Results of the 1000 h experiment shows that this method is feasible.
