危险天气条件下航空器预达时间计算方法

摘要 研究了在危险天气条件下,在雷达管制空域下,计算航空器预达时间的问题。通过计算航空器的预达时间,向管制中心提供相应的信息,辅助管制中心决策,减小管制员的工作压力,保证飞行安全。通过建立概率模型,及设计危险天气避让算法来建立最佳路径图,以解决预达时间问题。危险天气避让算法考虑的路径是从进入终端区到跑道的路径及各种限制。该方法简单易行,有实际应用价值。 Discussing problems of how to forecast ETA(estimated time of arrival) in given bad weather conditions of an air-space within the reach of monitoring radars. It helps decision-making and reduces controllers'stress in a controllers'center,when ETA and relevant supporting information are provided in due cause,the flights'safety are therefore assured. The optimal route map is worked out with establishment of a probability-model with the help of an algorithm that is created to help avoid bad weather.The route map from the end of an approaching air-space until a runway,and restrains of all kinds thereof are included into considerations when the algorithm is formulated aimed at helping airplanes skirt an air-space of bad weather.This method is easy to follow and its value is to be proved whenever it is applied.
