摘要
提出了一种SLA的详细设计,以中科院计算所信息系统为研究实例,并得以实现。SLA(ServiceLevelAgreement)是一种新的性能评价方法。为体现计算所信息系统的优越性,对新性能指标的定义进行了讨论。最后,通过与传统的评价方法的比较,得出SLA评价的一些优点。
SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a new approach of performance evaluaton. The design and implementation of SLA is given in the paper based on the information system of Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. To illustrate the advantage of ICT information system, a new performance standard is provided. Compared with the traditional evaluation, the features of SLA system are given.
