摘要
详细地分析了超声波塑料焊接的功率调节系统控制参量的选择,提出了以换能器机械臂工作电流作为控制参量来调节系统输出功率的基本思想,并通过串联网络进行阻抗变换,进而实现输出功率的自动调节。
Analysis is made on the control parameter of a power auto-adjustable system for plastic weld with ultrasonic generator. It suggests transducer mechanical arm can be used to adjust the output power. The series-wound network helps as the impedance against switch, thus realizing the auto-adjustment.
