城市小汽车管理方法研究

A study on the managerial approaches of urban car

随着我国小汽车进入家庭速度的加快,城市交通面临的形势越来越严峻。通过对各种小汽车管理方法的系统性介绍,明确了各种方法的优缺点和适用性,提出了浮动式庇古税管理的方法,并同时对长江三角洲城市小汽车管理的方法选取给出了一个建议。

With the widespread cars' entrance into families in our country, the situation that the city traffic faces is more and more severe. The paper studies various managerial approaches of urban car and makes clear the advantage, disadvantage and applicability. And the paper brings forward a way based on floating Pigou tax to manage urban cars. Finally, a suggestion for the selection of the managerial approaches for the cities in Yangtse delta region is given in this paper.
