摘要
研究利用^(60)Co-γ射线辐照处理谷象成虫,得出雄性不育剂量为110Gy,雌性不育剂量为140Gy,并观察了辐照对成虫寿命、交尾率和交尾时间的影响。根据研究结果,提出释放不育谷象与被防治谷象的比例为50—100:1。
The application of radiation treatment with ^(60)Co-γ ray on granary weevil Sitoyhilus granarnus (L. )was studied. The appropriate sterile dosages of male and female adults were determined as 110 Gy and 110 Gy, respectively. The effects of 60Co radiation on the longevity and mating rate of adult were also investigated. Based on these results,the release number of sterile weevils should be 50 to 100 times as many as the normal ones for control.
