After 20 years' reform in state-owned enterprises, China has been going forwards in a down-to-earth way, from stressing on the enterprises related to the national economy and the people's livelihood and transferring power to the founding of modern enterprises system. Now it is time to tackle the key problems and contradictions, which are under the superficial phenomenon. So the founding of supervisory committee of government assets is benefit to rationalizing the state-owned property and pushing the reform step.
