市场经济体制对党的基层组织设置产生了严重的影响,必须以改革的精神,研究和解决不同类别、不同领域基层党组织的设置、结构和隶属关系,促使基层组织设置社区化、小组设置专业化、委员设置代表化、单位党组织活动社团化、权限设置规范化,使基层组织真正发挥战斗堡垒作用。

The market economic system influenced the installations of the Party organization at the primary level seriously. With the spirit of reform, we must study and solve the installation ,framework and subordination in different classification and domain. Then we could impel the primary organization to be community, the committee member installation to be representation, the activity of the Party organization in unit to be corporation and the authority installation to be standardize.
