摘要
让农民“组织起来”是土改后中共农村政策的主旋律。农业合作化改变了农民的生产方式。为了协调各方的责、权、利关系,新的土地所有制需要建立与之配套的有效劳动组织和经营管理责任制。文章以湖北省新洲县为个案,探讨了合作化运动中劳动组织和经营管理责任制在合作化时期的演变历程,分析了其弊端,认为合作化时期的规模生产仅仅是小农经济的简单累加,并不能实现农业的现代化。
The Agricultural Collectivization changed the production of the farmers. It's necessary to establish effective labor organization and responsibility system of management for a harmonious relation of responsibilities , rights and interests of every side in the agriculture production during the period of collectivization. This article sets up the Xinzhou County as an example to discuss the change of labor organization and responsible system of management and to analyze the shortcoming. The overlap of small-scale peasant economy can never realize the agricultural modernization.
