Conductors with Improved Capacity for Overhead Power Lines

摘要 阐述了具有代表性的由耐热铝合金线、或退火铝线、或成型铝线的导体与碳钢、或"Invar"钢、或碳纤维-聚合物复合加强材料组合的大容量导线的结构与材料,介绍了经改进后的型号为NRLH(60%IACS)GJ400 35"钢芯耐热铝合金导线"的试验结果。为了推广应用和开发新颖的大容量导线,建议对大容量导线的选择应进行多方案考虑;调研总结经使用后的耐热铝合金导线线路设计和运行的经验;组织不同学科和行业的有关单位进行深入的研讨。 This paper describes the material and construction of typical large capacity conductors consisting of heat resistant Al alloy wires or annealed Al wires or shaped Al wire as conductor and carbon steel or Invar or carbon fiber-polymer as strength member. It presents the test results of improved NRLH(60%IACS)GJ 400/35 heat resistant Al alloy conductors steel reinforced. In order to popularize and develop new types of large capacity conductors, we suggest that selection of large capacity conductors be made considering a number of candidates, that experiences be summed up concerning design and operation of heat resistant Al alloy conductors and that further study be made by people from different industries and sciences.
