摘要
通过在紧压导体绞制 紧压工艺中使用的纳米金刚石复合涂层紧压模与普通硬质合金模的分析比较 ,认为纳米金刚石复合涂层紧压模具有使用寿命长、节省资源、提高生产率和产品质量。
The comparison between the performance of compacting dies with composite nanocrystalline diamond coating and that of ordinary carbide compacting dies during the conductor stranding and compacting process indicates that use of dies with composite nanocrystalline diamond coating has the advantages of lengthening the service life of tooling, saving resources, increasing production, improving product quality and decreasing dies inventory.
