小儿睾丸扭转诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion in children

目的探讨小儿睾丸扭转的诊治方法。方法总结14例小儿睾丸扭转的临床资料。结果所有14例病儿均行手术治疗,12例为鞘膜内型扭转,其中9个睾丸已坏死,睾丸存活3个;2例为鞘膜外型扭转,睾丸均坏死。结论小儿睾丸扭转需要及早诊断、及早手术。

To explore the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion in children. The clinical date of cases of testicular torsion were summarized and analyed. All of the 14 cases underwent operation. 12 cases were with intravaginal torsion, of these 9 cases were removed for necrosis and only 3 testicles were saved. 2 cases were of extravaginal torsion with testicular necrosis. [Conclusions] Early diagnosis and immediately treatment is the key for salvage of the testicle in testicular torsion of children.
