This article employs the fuzzy theory and principles of multi-index and multi-level comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the development status of the real estate industry in Songjiang District, Shanghai. The aim is to transform the subjective uncertainty and blurry vision of the development status of the real estate industry in Songjiang into accurate and credible evaluation in accordance with the status quo of real estate industry development of Songjiang.
