摘要 分析了船舶机电设备状态信息的特点,简述了用于实现状态和可用性能评估的两种评价指标—设备劣化度和可用性,并推导了相应的计算模型.在可用性概念的基础上提出了满意度概念并统一用“现时可用性”和“任务可用性”作为系统与设备性能的度量和预测.在设计指标的过程中,强调了历史数据的作用,突出了综合技术保障能力等人为可变因素的影响. In the paper the characteristic of the technical condition information for marine mechanical and electrical equipment is analyzed. Two evaluating indexes are presented to perform the assessment of the technical condition and the availability, and corresponding calculation models are derived. On the basis of the availability, the concepts of Instant Availability and Mission Availability are presented to measure and predict the current and future performance capabilities. In the process of designing indexes, the function of historical data and the human induced and variable factors, such as the ability of technical support, are emphasized.
