摘要
文章简述了一种特殊船型——浮式生产储油装置的特点、功能及其技术经济指标的选取。针对这种特殊船型的实际工况,给出相应的技术经济评价指标,并对传统国标(GB116 97- 89)提出了修正意见。实践表明,修正后的技术经济指标评价体系应用于FPSO的评价是适用的和可靠的。
This paper briefly describes the features, functions and technical and economic characteristics selection of floating production storage offloading tanker, a special type of ship. According to the practical performance of this special ship type, it presents the relevant technical and economic evaluation creterions and gives modification suggestions on traditional international standard (GB11697-89). The practice shows that the modified technical and economic creterion system is practicable and reliable for FPSO evaluation.
