摘要
目的 探讨血清sIL -2R水平在川崎病(KD)患儿中的变化,及其在发病中的作用。方法 采用ELISA双抗夹心法测定血清sIL- 2R水平;利用德灵BNProSpec特种蛋白分析仪检测血清超敏CRP(hs- CRP)水平。结果 30例KD患儿大剂量丙种球蛋白静脉滴注前(静丙前)和滴注后(静丙后)血清sIL- 2R和hs- CRP水平与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P <0. 0 1) ,静丙前和静丙后比较也存在显著性差异(P <0 . 0 1) ;KD患儿血清sIL- 2R与hs CRP水平呈正相关(r =0 . 6 ,P <0 . 0 1)。结论 血清sIL -2R的检测有助于KD患儿病程发展和转归的监测,评估患者预后和免疫状况,同时,对临床治疗也有一定指导作用。
Objective To explore the change of serum sIL-2 R level in patients with Kawasaki Disease(KD) and the role of sIL-2R in the path ogenesis.Methods The serum sIL-2R was detected by sandwi ch ELISA.The serum hs-CRP level was measured by DADE BEHRING BN ProSpec. Results The serum levels of sIL-2R ,hs-CRP in KD before and af ter high-dose intravenous gamma globulin(IVIg) were significantly higher than in healthy controls(P<0.01).The serum levels of sIL-2R and hs-CRP pre-IV Ig were singificantly higher than post-IVIg(P<0.01).There was positive cor relation between sIL-2R and hs-CRP(r=0.6,P<0.01) in KD.Co nclusion It is beneficial to monitoring the progress and evaluation of immunal function and prognosis to mesure the serum sIL-2R level in children with KD.
