摘要
In the present experiment,reverse phase liquid chromatography(RPLC) was employed to measure the concentration of TCS in subjects’ saliva after they use toothpaste with this ingredient.The coefficient of the regression equation for the standard curve was 0.99998,and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.2μg.ml-1.
