摘要
通过对土壤中挥发性有机物样品进行超声提取时间、加标回收率和精密度试验,建立了一种测定土壤中各种挥发性有机污染物的分析方法。结果表明,该方法简单、快速、准确,平均回收率为92 .0 %～119.5 % (n=7)。
Ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrumetry(GC/MS)have been used to analyze volatile organics in soil.Ultrasonic extraction durations were selected.Recovery and precision were detemined.A method for the determination of volatile organic materials in soil has been established.The results showed that the method is simple,rapid,and accurate.The recovery were determined to be from92.0%to119.5%(n=7).
