益寿饮对肾虚血瘀证患者超氧化物歧化酶、活力一氧化氮、血液流变学的影响

摘要 目的探讨益寿饮对肾虚血瘀证患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、活力一氧化氮(NO)、血液流变学的影响。方法随机将67例肾虚血瘀证老年人分为两组,治疗组(34例)用自拟方益寿饮治疗,对照组(33例)用维生素E治疗,观察治疗前后衰老症状、血液流变学、一氧化氮(NO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等指标的变化。结果治疗后益寿饮治疗组的临床症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组全血粘度低切、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、全血还原粘度、红细胞聚积指数均有明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组除全血粘度低切外,余指标均无明显变化;治疗组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较对照组有明显改变,活力一氧化氮(NO)含量明显增高(P<0.01)。结论益寿饮能够明显改善肾虚血瘀证患者临床症状,改善血液流变学,调整自由基代谢,提高抗氧化酶的活力, 抑制自由基的有害性氧化作用,增加细胞膜的稳定性,起到延缓衰老的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Protecting and Strengthening Health Drink on superoxide dis-mutase (SOD) .vigor nitrogen monoxide (NO) , blood rheology of blood stasis and kidney deficiency patients. Methods The 67 patients who have blood stasis and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,one group (34 patients) were treated with Protecting and Strengthening Health Drink, the other group (33 patients) were treated with vitamin E,the changes of senescence symptom, blood rheology, nitrogen monoxide ( NO) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) before and after treatment were observed. Results The clinical effect of Protecting and Strengthening Health Drink group was significantly superior to the control group ( P < 0. 01) after treatment. Whole blood viscosity at high and low shear rate ( HBV, LBV) , plasma viscosity (PV) ,the packed cell volume, the ratio of viscosity of plasma versns packed cell volume,hematocrit index fell clearly( P <0. 05, P < 0.01) ; While in the control group, the index didn' t change clearly except whole blood viscosity at low shear rate; Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the treatment group were improved clearly in contrast to the control group, and vigor nitrogen monoxide (NO) were improved significantly( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Protecting and Strengthening Health drink could significantly improve patients' clinical symptom and blood rheology; and it could postpone senility by adjusting the metabolism of free radical, improving the vigor of superoxide dismutase (SOD), keeping off harmful oxidation of the free radical, increasing the stability of cytomembrane.
