利多卡因局麻配合水针用于分娩镇痛疗效分析

The Analysis of the Effect of Local Anesthesia with Lidocaine and Fluid Acupuncture on Delivery-Analgesia

目的评价利多卡因局部麻醉配合水针用于分娩镇痛的效果及其对产程的影响。方法选择100例无合并症、禁忌证经阴道分娩的初产妇,随机分为两组。观察组50例,使用小剂量利多卡因加无菌注射用水,分别于特定部位封闭和注射用水注射。50例作为对照组,不使用上述药物。比较两组镇痛效果、产程进展、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分等指标。结果观察组镇痛效果明显,显效率为10%,有效率为80%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);两组产后失血量、第一产程也有显著差异(p<0.01);第二产程和新生儿Apgar评分无差异(P>0.05)。结论利多卡因局部麻醉配合水针有良好的分娩镇痛效果,可使产程缩短并可以减少失血量,临床上值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of local anesthesia with lidocaine and fluid acupuncture on delivery-analgesia, and its affection on the birth progress. Methods One hundred primiparous cases without any complications and contraindications, who were divided into two groups at random, and each group includes 50 cases. The observed group, which was blocked in definite location with little dose of lidocaine and sterile water for injecion. No drug mentioned above was used in the control group.The delivery-analgesia effect,bith progress,blood losing after delivery,and Apgar's score were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results As the results of the observed group,the effective rate was 80% ,and the satisfied anesthesia rate was 10%;The difference was significant to compare with the control group( P < 0.01) ;The bood losing and the first bith process were significantly different between two groups( P < 0.01);There was no significant difference about the Apgar's score and the second birth process between two groups( P > 0.05). Conclusion The local anesthesia with lidocaine and fluid acupuncture was considered as an effective and safe therapy on delivery-analgesia, which can shorten the birth process and decrease the blood losing.
