锚栓预紧力对柱脚抗剪设计的影响分析Ⅰ:铰接柱脚 被引量:5

摘要 《钢结构设计规范》和《门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程》对钢结构柱脚抗剪都明确规定:柱脚锚栓不宜用于承受柱脚底部的水平剪力,水平剪力可由底板与混凝土基础间的摩擦力或设置抗剪件承受。柱脚设置抗剪件的条件为:μN<V,而公式中仅考虑柱脚轴力对抗剪的贡献,在实际工程中柱脚锚栓预紧力不同程度存在,考虑柱脚锚栓预紧力,能够提高柱脚抗剪承载力。本文对同一种铰接柱脚有限元计算模型,分别计算在不同柱脚锚栓预紧力作用下的柱脚抗剪承载力,分析柱脚锚栓预紧力对柱脚抗剪的贡献,并根据计算结果,柱脚设置抗剪条件为:μF<V。 Code of design of steel structure and technical specification for steel of light-weight buildings with gabled frames clearly stipulate that the foundation anchor can't receive horizontal shear of column base.The frictional force between base plate and concrete foundation or shear lugs can receive it.If μ N is less than V,the shear lugs must be installed in column base,where only axial force was taken into consideration.In fact, pretightening force exists in anchors of column base.If the pretightening force is taken in to account,the shear resistance of column base will increase.Based on the FEM model of hinged column base,this paper calculates the shear resistance of column base under several different pretightening force of foundation anchor,and analyzes the influence of pretightening force.According to the results,the shear lugs must be installed in column base if μ F is less than V.
