摘要
提出了确定热价的原则和方法,并以哈尔滨为例,对各种主要形式的供热系统进行了热成本和热价格的计算。对热成本进行了组份分析,并在热成本组份中找到热价的诸敏感因素进行敏感性分析,指出了节能方向。
The method and principle of price settlement were presented.The cost and price of heat energy were calculated based on the heating system in Harbin.The makeup of the heat price was analyzed,and the sensitive factors of heat cost and price were found out.The approaches to save energy were pointed out.
