摘要
不同行业的计费业务有不同的行业特征,港口行业的计费由于其特殊复杂性使得计费系统的开发相应比较困难,使其成为信息系统开发中的重点和难点。所论述的主要内容是设计一个具有适当通用性、智能化的计费结算软件原型。
There are different trade features of charging business in different trades. Development of a charging system for harbor enterprise is difficult for its complexity, which makes it the key in developing an information management system. A charging software prototype with general and intelligent features is designed.
