摘要
针对特大型热处理电阻炉工艺要求的特点 ,提出了增益自适应预估补偿控制结合限辐输出的控制策略 ,介绍了如何巧用组态王 6 .0 3来满足生产工艺的各种特殊要求 ,降低系统成本。
Based on the characteristics of technical requirement of bogie-hearth resistance furnace, the paper proposed the control strategy of combining gain adaptive smithpredictor with limited output. And it briefly introduced how to use Kingview 6.03 intelligently to satisfy various demand of production as well as to cut down the cost of the system. The research fills the national blank of the production of the super heat-treating resistance furnace in the field of industrial furnace.
