摘要
目的 观察农业用植物生长调节剂赤霉素(gibberellin ,俗称92 0 )对仔鼠生长发育的影响。 方法 实验中将怀孕KM小鼠及其所产仔鼠随机分为4组:A正常饲料组、B低剂量饲料组(赤霉素浓度0 .0 62 5 g/kg)、C中剂量饲料组(赤霉素浓度0 .2 5 0 0g/kg)、D高剂量饲料组(赤霉素浓度1.0 0 0 g/kg)。各组母鼠产仔后2 4h起给予相应剂量的饲料,观察至第2 0d ,从2 1d起仔鼠雌雄分笼,直接给予相同剂量的饲料,在不同时间观察仔鼠生长发育指标。 结果 赤霉素染毒组仔鼠耳阔分离、牙齿萌出、长毛、开眼时间以及阴道开口和睾丸下降时间均明显缩短,2 1、2 8、3 5、42日龄仔鼠的体重、体长、尾长明显增加,与对照组动物相应指标比较,差异均存在统计学意义(P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 赤霉素具有促进仔鼠出生后生长发育作用。
Objective To evaluate the gibberellin effect on growth and development of sucking mice. Methods Kunming pregnant mice and their suckling offsprings were randomcly divided into 4 groups: The group A served as control group were fed on normal feed only; the mice assigned in group B, C and D were treated with feedstuffs containing gibberellin of 0.0625 g/kg, 0.2500 g/kg and 1.000 g/kg respectively. After delivery, the breast feeding mice were continuously fed on the corresponding feedstuffs with gibberellin for 20 days; the female and male offspring mice were divided into different cages fed them with the same feedstuff of the mothers during the 21 st day. Indexes of the growth and development of them were carefully recorded. Results The time of pinna detachment, hair appearance, upper and lower incisor sprout, eye opening of the neonatal mice, and vagina hatch of the female and testis descending of tests of the males were signigicantly ahead of schedule as compared with the control; and the body weight, body length and tail length of them were significantly increased in the gibberellin exposed groups (1.000 g/kg) for 21, 28, 35 and 42 days as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Gibberellin promotes the growth and development of suckling mice.
