摘要
目的 了解双酚A在深圳市人群血清中污染现况,为双酚A与人类生殖健康的关系提供科学依据。 方法抽取来疾病预防控制中心进行职业性体检的健康人的血清,10 0份为双酚A的职业性密切接触者,10 0份为无任何双酚A职业接触者,采用高效液相色谱法对血清进行检测。 结果 双酚A的职业密切接触者10 0 %检出,双酚A含量均大于2 7.16ug/L最大值为41.61ug/L ;非职业接触者5 1%检出,检出最小值为0 .5 8ug/L ,最大值为13 .5 4ug/L。 结论 职业密切接触者与非职业接触者血清中双酚A的检出率有显著性差异。
Objective To understand the population serum level of bisphenol A to provide scientific basis for relationship between bisphenol A and reproductive health among the exposures. Methods Bisphenol A serum levels were determined by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) in 100 workers with occupational bisphenol A exposure and compared with 100 controls without exposure. Results Serum bisphenol A was positive among the exposed group, their serum levels were >27.16 μg/L, and the maximum was 41.61 μg/L. While the positive rate of the control group was 51%, and the serum levels ranged between 0.58 μg/L to 13.54 μg/L. Conclusions The serum positive rate of bisphenol A shows significant difference between the exposure group vs. the control group.
