滋阴益肾降糖汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Ziyin-Yishen-Jiangtang-Tang

目的 验证滋阴益肾降糖汤对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。 方法 采用随机对照实验方法,将2型糖尿病患者3 0 0例进行临床实验对比观察。 结果 治疗组滋阴益肾降糖汤总有效率为93 % ;对空腹血糖、血脂有明显降低作用,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组对口渴多饮,多尿,多食善饥,心烦易怒,失眠多梦等症状有明显改善作用,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 1)。 结论 滋阴益肾降糖汤治疗2型糖尿病有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To testify the clinical efficacy of Ziyin-Yishen-Jiangtang-Tang in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Effects comparison were conducted in 300 patients with type 2 diabetes divided into Ziyin-Yishen-Jiangtang-Tang group (experimental group) and control group. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93%. Compared with control group, the experimental group had significant difference in the reduction of fasting blood sugar and lipid profiles (P<0.05, P<0.01,) and improvement in overdrinking and thirsty, polyuria, overeating, general acratia, vexation and insomnia and dreaminess symptoms. Conclusion Ziyin-Yishen-Jiangtang-Tang has good efficacy on type 2 diabetes.
