急性脑血管病并下肢深静脉血栓形成D-二聚体的变化

目的 探讨血浆D -二聚体数值的检测在急性脑血管病中并发下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的临床价值。 方法 测定10 0例急性脑血管病患者入院时(A组)、发病第3～4周时的D -二聚体数值(其中未并发下肢DVT的为B组,并发下肢DVT的为C组)。对三组间数值进行统计学处理。 结果 B组与A组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,C组与A组(P <0 .0 1) ,C组与B组(P <0 .0 5 )三组间比较均有明显差异。并发下肢DVT的病人D -二聚体明显升高。 结论 D

Objective To investigate clinical value of plasm D- dimer in acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with lower limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods To measure plasm D- dimer of 100 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease the first day in hospital, and all the patients were recognized as group A. Divide group A into two groups: group C complicated with DVT and group B not with DVT. Measure D-dimer of group B and group C in the third or fourth week. Analyze the data by statistics. Results Group B compared with group A (P< 0.05 ). Group C compared with group A(P<0.01). Group C compared with group B (P<0.05). The comparisons all have prominent differences. Conclusion The measure of D-dimer can be recognized as an index to judge whether the patient in acute cerebrovascular disease is complicated with DVT or not.
