交警人员脂肪肝与血脂、血糖相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解交警人员脂肪肝与血脂、血糖的相互关系。 方法 将脂肪肝、血脂、血糖增高的检出率用卡方检验和相关系数进行统计分析。 结果 脂肪肝、血脂及血糖增高检出率分别为3 8.5 4%、5 5 .2 4%、9.3 9% ;TG、HDL -C浓度分布与相应脂肪肝检出率之间存在直线正和负相关(r =0 .75 87,-0 .814 0 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;血糖浓度分布与相应脂肪肝检出率亦存在正相关(r =0 .93 91,P <0 .0 5 ) ;不同程度脂肪肝的高血脂和高血糖检出率之间存在显著相关(χ2 =188.85 ,77.2 5 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,其相关密切程度分别为P =0 .0 12 ,0 .0 0 9。 结论 控制血脂尤其是TG增高、HDL -C的降低和血糖增高、是防止脂肪肝发生的重要措施。高血脂、脂肪肝发生年龄均有提前趋势,发现有血脂。 Objective To study the correlation of blood-lipid, blood-sugar and fatty liver in traffic policemen. Methods A statistic analysis of detect rate with χ 2 test and relative coefficient between the incidence of fatty liver and blood lipid files and blood sugar. Results The detect rate of elevated blood lipid profile, blood-sugar and fatty liver were 55.24%, 9.39%, and 38.54% respectively. A linear correlation of positiveness and negativeness between the detect rate of fatty liver and the concentration distribution of TG and HDL-C(r=0.7587,-0.8140 ,P<0.05) was existed, so did the concentration distribution of blood-sugar and fatty liver. There existed a notable correlation between blood lipid, blood-sugar in different degree of fatty liver; and their correlation coefficient was(r=0.9391,P<0.05, and P=0.012,P=0.009)respectively. Conclusions It is important for preventing the occurrence of fatty liver by measures to control the blood-lipid, especially the increase of TG and blood sugar as well as the decrease of HDL-C. The age of people suffering from hyperlipemia and fatty liver is becoming younger. Ultrasonic B examination of liver should be performed regularly for people with hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and obesity.
