The Present Status and Future Trend of Birth Defect Intervention in China

本文阐述了出生缺陷干预的重要性,并从病因学的角度出发,探讨了我国出生缺陷干预的现状与未来发展趋势。我国现阶段出生缺陷主要采用出生缺陷监测、单因素干预、多因素干预和诊断学干预,而未来的发展趋向于以人为本、社会化、国际化。

This article interprets the necessities and present status and future trend of birth defect intervention, which mainly includes: (1)the surveillance of birth defect; (2)the intervention of single factor; (3)the intervention of multi-factor; (4)diagnostic intervention. In order to reduce the rate of birth defect, we will use personalization, socialization and internationalization methods. In the same time, we will establish warning system of birth defect intervention.
