介绍大冶有色金属公司冶炼厂硫酸四系列转化系统预热装置的设计及应用情况,预热装置包括供油系统、燃烧器、热风炉和预热器。生产实践表明,预热装置具有升温时间短、节油、对环境污染小等优点。

Design and application of preheating equipment of conversion section in Daye Nonferrous Metal Co's No.4 sulphuric acid system are described. The preheating equipment was composed of oil supply system, burner, hot blast furnace and preheater. The production practice showed that the preheating equipment had some advantages , such as fast warming-up, low oil consumption and little environmental pollution.
