摘要
研究了激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦的全固态内腔倍频的单模运转的532nm绿光激光器的腔型设计,以及获得最大输出功率的简单理论.并用LD泵浦的Nd:YAG内腔倍频激光器从实验上进行了验证.为进一步进行自混合干涉实验奠定了基础.
Based on rate equations, we designed the cavity of LD pumped all-solid-state inner cavity frequency-doubled single-mode green laser (532nm). Educed the basic theory of obtaining the maximal output power of the laser. And validated using LD pumped Nd: YAG inner cavity frequency-doubled laser experimentally. The conclusions and the sample laser provided an experimental basic for self-mixing interference effect in LD pumped single-mode green laser.
