摘要
合成了新显色剂7 (2 ' 羧基苯偶氮) 8 羟基喹哪啶(CAHQD),研究了其与镍(II)的显色反应及其反应条件,在pH=5的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲介质和乳化剂OP存在下,CAHQD与镍(Ⅱ)形成2∶1稳定紫红色配合物。最大吸收波长位于570nm处,表观摩尔吸收系数为1. 4×104 L.mol-1·cm-1。镍含量在0~30μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,显色体系灵敏度较高。
carboxylazo)-8-hydroxyquinadine (CAHQD), a new reagent was synthesized, and its' color reaction with Ni (II) was studied. In the presence of pH 5 buffer solution and OP, 7-(2-carboxylazo)-8-hydroxyquinadine reacted with Ni (II) to form a purple complex with the molar ratio of 2:1, whose absorption was 1.4×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 570 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~30 μg/25mL in the measured solution with good sensitivity.
