低温方法改进脂肪酶催化反应中对映选择性的研究进展

摘要 温度控制对提高对映选择性简单而可靠,在脂肪酶催化拆分中受到广泛关注。降低反应温度通常能提高其对映选择性。研究发现把脂肪酶固定在多孔性陶瓷上可以大大加速低温反应。本文总结了低温方法的发现、低温方法的特性和实际应用,回顾了它的应用。 Temperature control in lipase-catalyzed resolution was focused attention recently due to its simplicity and reliability for enhancement of the enantioselectivity, which was increased usually by dropdown of reaction temperature. Lipase immobilized on porous ceramics was found to greatly accelerate the low-temperature reaction, and make the method practical. The discovery, properties and practical use of low-temperature method were summarized.
