介绍复地无锡项目情况,针对中国现代住区规划设计中存在的一些问题进行分析,从社会学与心理学的角度,思考住区规划设计的着手点,提出“马赛克”规划组团加公共景观网络的规划布局,力图创造一个环境、经济、社会与文化共同可持续发展的模式。

This article introduces Forte's Wuxi Project. As for some problems existing in Chinese modern residence planning and design, it probes into the starting points of residence planning and design from the viewpoints of both sociology and psychology, and puts forward the planning layout of ″Mosaic″ planning block plus public landscape network, aiming to create a mode where environment, economy, society and cultural develop together and sustainable.
