摘要 目的观察经尿道视频电气化术治疗膀胱前列腺疾病的疗效。方法应用经尿道视频电气化术治疗前列腺增生症56例;膀胱颈挛缩8例;膀胱肿瘤22例(其中12例合并前列腺增生症)。结果平均手术时间经尿道前列腺电气化术(TUVP)80min,经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术(TVBt)32min,TUVP+TVBt86min,膀胱颈挛缩26min。术后留置尿管3~5d,90%的前列腺增生患者残余尿消失,22例膀胱肿瘤随访24个月复发4例。结论经尿道视频电气化术治疗膀胱前列腺疾病是一种安全性高,并发症少,疗效显著的方法。 Objective To observe the curative effects of transurethral video electro-vapor-ablation (TUVEVA) for the treatment of bladder and prostate disease. Methods The patients, including 56 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH), eight cases of bladder neck fibrous contracture and 22 cases of bladder tumor, were treated by TUVEVA. Results The mean duration of the procedure consisted of as followings: transurethral electro-vaporization (TUVP) 80 min, transurethral electro-vaporization of superficial bladder tumor (TUVBT) 32 min, TUVP+ TUVBT 86 min, and vaporization of bladder neck fibrous contracture 26 min. The mean catheter-indwelling period was 3~5 days. There were 90% of the BPH patients whose residual urine was decreased down to zero. The 22 cases of bladder tumor were followed up for 24 months, and the recurrent rate was 18%. Conclusion It is concluded that TUVEVA for the treatment of bladder and prostate disease is safe and effective with low complication.
