摘要
目的观察颞骨岩部耳蜗、上半规管、前庭等和内听道的空间位置关系,为内听道手术中保护周边重要结构提供解剖基础。方法16具(32侧)甲醛固定的正常成人头颅标本,磨除内听道表面骨质,并暴露耳蜗、上半规管、前庭等,进行测量。结果内听道中点至耳蜗距离为(5.79±1.12)mm,至前庭距离为(9.91±1.42)mm,至上半规管距离为(10.08±1.22)mm。结论在内听道手术中,注意这些数据对避免伤及周围重要结构有参考意义。
Objective To study the direct location method by observing the space relationship between the landmarks on the surface of petrous bone and internal auditory canal (IAC) in the middle cranial fossa approach. Methods The central point of IAC, superior semicircular canal, and vestibuli were exposed and the relationship among them was measured. Results The link line of both sides of external auditory canal (EAC) usually passed through the central point of IAC. The distance from the inner surface of temporal squamosa to the central point of IAC was 31.24±1.87 mm. Conclusion The IAC could be directly located by using the link line of the external auditory canals.
