摘要
本文在已知的气孔运动机理的基础上,对现有的教学模型加以改进,建立了除VPD、CO2和土壤水势的影响外,还能模拟光照和温度等因子对气孔影响的数学模型。在不同组合的环境因子下模拟得到的结果与公认的实验观测结果基本一致。它可以作为研究气孔整体行为的理论框架,也可用于检验多种关于气孔运动的假设。
A Steady-state model of stomatal responses to environmental factors(irradiance,temperature,VPD,CO2 and soil water potential) has been developed.The model expanded the existing models simulating the stomatal responses to environmental water status,by incorporating the knowledge about the mechanisms of the action of radiation and temperature on stomatal behavior,and their interaction.A representation of stomatal conductance as a function of stomatal geometry is also included,where the water potential gradient within the leaf has been taken into account.The results of simulation under different combinations of environmental factors(Figs.1 ̄6) show that:1.the behavior of this model match well with experimental observations in most cases;2.the simulated conducbance deviates from the measured one when the cocentration of ambient CO2 is close to zero under high radiation,indicating that the treadment of the mechanism of CO2 on stomatal movement in the model should be improved.On the whole,the model can be used as a theoretical framework for the analysis of the behavior and underlying principles of stomatal movement and also for the prediction of transpiration rate for different combinations of the environmental variables.
