摘要从教学能力的内涵及教学能力培养的一般规律出发,探讨了当前高师教育在培养学生教学能力方面存在的若干问题,并提出了改革建议。 The author of the text, starting with the definition of teaching abilities and general principles of their cultivation, carries out a research on a few problems concerning fostering students' teaching abilities in nowadays normal universities and colleges and offers some suggestion for innovation.
