摘要
劳动监察是市场经济的重要产物,它为市场经济的建立和完善起着保驾护航的作用。但是,由于目前我国劳动监察立法的滞后,导致在劳动监察执法中的困难。本文从劳动监察的作用入手,论述了现行劳动监察制度存在的问题及完善的对策。
Labor supervision,which protects the establishment and perfection of market economy,is important result of market economy.But at present,the delayed legislation about labor supervision in China leads to difficulties in labor supervising.This article,from the function of labor supervision,discusses the problems and perfecting way in current labor supervision of China.
