论依法治国方略下执政党人执政方式的转变

On Changing the Ruling Style of the Communist Party under the General Plan of running the Country according to the Law

中国共产党由革命党向执政党的转变,意味着在社会主义现代化建设中,其执政方式亦必然顺应生产力发展的需要发生转变。在依法治国方略下,执政党应当正确处理好党的政策、行为和法律的关系,与行政、立法、司法机关积极融合,促进社会主义现代化事业的蓬勃发展。

The Communist Party of China changes from Revolutionary Party to the ruling party, that means in socialist modernization its ruling style must also comply with the need of productivity development to change. Under the general plan of running a country in accordance with the law, the party in power should handle the relation of policies, behaviors and laws of the party correctly, merge with administration, legislating, judicial authority actively, and promote the flourishing development of the socialist modernization.
