摘要
非晶合金的初始状态多为粉末或薄条带,这就大大限制了非晶合金的许多优异性能的发挥以及在工业中的应用,因此开发研究块体非晶合金有重大的理论和应用价值.用真空吹铸法制备了直径2 mm的Mg60-xAlxCu30Y10(x=0.3、0.9、2.1)大块非晶合金棒,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、差热分析(DTA)分别对非晶合金的结构和形成能力进行了研究.研究结果表明,x=0.3时,合金具有最高的过冷液相区(达31.22 K)及最大的热稳定性,随着w(Al)的增加,非晶合金的热稳定性和玻璃形成能力同时降低.
In order to make full use of the potentially useful properties of amorphous alloys and extend their industrial applications,it is important to prepare amorphous alloys in a bulky form.Rods 2 mm in diameter of bulk amorphous alloys Mg_(60-x)Al_xCu_(30)Y_(10) (x=0.3,0.9,2.1) were prepared by copper mold casting method.The structure and glass forming ability of the alloys were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA),respectively.It was shown that a new bulk amorphous alloy with the largest thermal stability had a so maximum over cooled liquid region ΔT_x as 31.22 K.With the increase of Al content,the thermal stability and GFA of the amorphous alloy decreased at the same time.
