摘要
针对麻纤维采用化学脱胶会对纤维造成损伤的问题,提出了大麻纤维生物酶脱胶的新方法,并且用正交试验方法确定了生物酶脱胶的最佳工艺,即作用时间2 h,果胶酶浓度5 g/L,pH值4.5,温度50 ℃,后处理氢氧化钠质量浓度0.6%.生物酶对大麻进行脱胶处理,其作用条件温和,对纤维损伤小,生产中容易掌握脱胶的程度,有利于提高出麻率,且耗水少、污染轻.
Aimed at the problem of the hemp fiber damage due to chemical degumming,a new method that the hemp degumming with organisms enzyme.Moreover,diagonal intersection trial method was used to determine the optimum processing,i.e.the processing time period was 2 h,concentration of gums enzyme-5 g/L,pH value-4.5,temperature-50 ℃,concentration of NaOH in post-treatment-0.6%.Using hemp degumming with organisms enzyme,the processing condition was temperate,the fibre damage was little,and the level of degumming was easy to control in production,being favorable to improve the output of degummed hemp,decrease the water consumption and environment pollution.
