摘要
研究了新显色荆二溴对甲基偶氮磺与铋的反应,建立了直接测定药物中铋的光度分析方法.在0.16mol/L高氯酸介质中铋与二溴对甲基偶氮磺迅速形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长634nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.41×104L/(mol·cm),铋含量在0~35μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律,显色反应具有良好的选择性,主要共存离子有较大允许量,可用于药物中铋的测定.
The chromogenic reaction between the new reagent dibromo-p-methylsulfonazo and bismuth was studied. In 0.16mol/L HClO4 medium,bismuth reacts with the reagent to form a blue complex which exhibits an absorption maxima at 634nm with a molar absorptivity of 2.41×104 L/ mol cm , Beer's law is obeyed for 0~35 g of bismuth in 25mL of solution. Most of common co-existing ions caused no interferences in the determination of bismuth. The results obtained by this method in the analysis of some samples of drugs was checked by the EDTA method and consistant results were obtained.
